Booking Conditions
To confirm a reservation a deposit cheque will be required equal to the cost of the first night. Alternatively, a credit card booking can be made subject to the cancellation conditions below.
Cancellation Conditions
Please note that to cancel a confirmed booking we require seven days prior notice. If such notice cannot be given then our policy is to consider each set of circumstances on its own merits. As a general rule a full refund will be made only if the room is subsequently re-let. You are strongly urged, therefore, to take out personal travel insurance to cover the cost of unforeseen events or to check that this charge is covered by your credit card company.
